Dave Galyen
Sr. Project Manager
A true Las Vegas local, Dave Galyen embarked on his construction journey at the age of 15, by installing drywall. As the Senior Project Manager for the Commercial Construction Division at JAG Development, Dave leverages his expertise in defining, creating, and overseeing all project deliverables. Before joining JAG Development, Dave held the position of National Director of Facilities, Technology, and Security for 17 years at Dollar Loan Center. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in vetting over 250 locations for potential Dollar Loan Center establishments.
Daniel Rogers
Project Manager
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Daniel is a third-generation builder who brings a lifetime of hands-on construction experience and a strong background in project management to the table. With a family rooted in general contracting, he was introduced to the job site from a young age—learning by watching and working alongside his dad on everything from home additions to ground-up custom builds. Over the years, he’s been involved in full-scale remodels, custom estates, and high-end residential projects, gaining a deep understanding of both the field and the people who make projects happen. Known for his leadership, problem-solving, and ability to keep projects moving forward, Daniel thrives on collaboration and takes pride in delivering quality work from start to finish.
Sean Martin
Sr. Superintendent
Sean Martin serves as the Senior Superintendent at JAG Development, bringing over two decades of construction and real estate development experience to his role. Responsible for leading a team of superintendents, Sean ensures that all JAG Development projects meet the highest standards of precision and quality. His expertise extends to both residential and commercial developments, marked by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Luis Robledo
Superintendent
Born in Mexico and raised in Las Vegas, Luis brings nearly a decade of hands-on construction experience to his role as Superintendent at JAG Development. A graduate of Western High School, he began his career as an apprentice and steadily advanced through the ranks as a framer and foreman before taking on site leadership. With a strong foundation in both residential and commercial construction—including various luxury homes as well as a Smoothie King location—he now oversees daily operations on job sites, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality standards are upheld. Known for his collaborative approach and deep field knowledge, he thrives on building strong relationships with subcontractors and takes pride in learning something new with every project.
