Steve Morrison
CFO
With over 25 years of diverse experience, Steve’s career spans across numerous industries including energy, banking, healthcare, technology, retail, manufacturing, and non-profit. Steve began his career as a public company financial and technology auditor, gaining insight into how various organizations operated and created value. Transitioning to an internal audit role, he performed business process reviews and process improvement projects. Steve’s leadership skills were honed through nearly a decade in senior roles with electric utilities in Nevada, North Carolina, and Arizona.

Eddie McGath
Director of Culture
As the Director of Culture for JAG Development, Eddie McGath draws upon over two decades of experience working with students and serving as a pastor at The Church at Lake Mead. His steadfast commitment to nurturing and empowering people positions him to also lead The Gibson McGath Foundation’s Shop Class experience. Eddie’s grasp of mentorship and guidance plays a pivotal role in not only the employee culture with JAG Development, but also shaping the journeys of the students involved in the Shop Class program.

Jackie Sanchez
Operations Manager
Jackie is skilled in project coordination and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth progress for both the residential and commercial project teams. She engages in the leadership and management team for operational needs and is the company liaison for team members. As the Operations Manager, she created and implemented the on-boarding program for all new team members with an emphasis on documentation, closeout procedures and client satisfaction.

Troy Ritchie
Head of Growth
After 25 years of working in tech, Troy brings a fresh sales and marketing approach to the construction industry. His passion and energy are contagious to the team and drives strategic initiatives that result in the growth of the company. He adeptly draws parallels between the complexities of crafting custom luxury homes or commercial projects and the nuanced art of developing innovative technology platforms. In his role, Troy develops and implements sales strategies while overseeing marketing initiatives that effectively position JAG Development as a leader in the construction industry.

Dave Galyen
Sr. Project Manager
A true Las Vegas local, Dave Galyen embarked on his construction journey at the age of 15, by installing drywall. As the Senior Project Manager for the Commercial Construction Division at JAG Development, Dave leverages his expertise in defining, creating, and overseeing all project deliverables. Before joining JAG Development, Dave held the position of National Director of Facilities, Technology, and Security for 17 years at Dollar Loan Center. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in vetting over 250 locations for potential Dollar Loan Center establishments.

Matt Morgan
Sr. Project Manager
Matt Morgan is an accomplished Senior Project Manager that directs JAG Development’s Residential Division. Originating as a construction laborer in California, he climbed the ranks to attain the distinguished role of General Manager. Matt’s collaborative approach fosters strong relationships with clients, architects, and construction teams. His effective communication style ensures that every stakeholder is well-informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Sean Martin
Sr. Superintendent
Sean Martin serves as the Senior Superintendent at JAG Development, bringing over two decades of construction and real estate development experience to his role. Responsible for leading a team of superintendents, Sean ensures that all JAG Development projects meet the highest standards of precision and quality. His expertise extends to both residential and commercial developments, marked by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
